Raven. Interstellar traveler. Cat mom. I like cookies and Leonard Cohen and PokemonGo. I met Megan in the hallway in middle school and thought she was maybe too cool to talk to me but she was just shy and we didn’t have the same lunch time but by high school we were actually best friends and got in trouble for talking in baby voices. I met Matt because they needed to sleep on my air mattress in Richmond one night and now we’re v close too. I love both of them with the majority of my heart save for cats and cookies but still I would share a cookie with each of them.

It may be hard to believe because I am a Bridesmaid for Megan but I actually met Matthew first. He entered my life with a destroying cry when I was the age of 4. Here I thought I was getting a new baby doll, but he surprised me by taking attention away from me and crying all the time. As we grew I quickly learned that I would have to bribe Matthew to achieve what I wanted, for example a soda, I told him that if he went down to the basement and got me a soda that he could hang out with me for a whole 10 minutes. This scheme worked pretty well the first couple times until my mom figured it out. But really somehow through all the fights, bribes and broken bones (I broke his collar bone) Matthew and I became really close. He’s easily one of my closest friends and a person I turn to for advice and a caring ear when I need it. In the past 6 years Megan has become a package deal with Matthew and has been a great addition to my life. I know she’s always ready to hear my latest friend drama or weigh in on make up choices. So I can’t wait for these two to tie the knot. I’m probably most excited about the prospect of this wedding being as disney as possible, since I really love disney as well. I know that these two will be throwing a rocking Disney wedding party and I can’t wait!! Love you guys.

I’m Melanie! I’m half of the Bunny and Black clothing label and I am married to Byron- a groomsman. Sometimes I also cut Matthew and Megan’s hair and I take care of five cats. I’m frequently referred to as the “mom” of the group. Megan and I technically met in 2012 at Otakon but we didn’t know we met. We followed each other on Tumblr and met in person at Otakon 2013. Megan is my favorite child.
Sasha Duran
Hi! I’m Sasha and I’m one of Megan’s bridesmaids! I’ve known Megan and Matthew for what feels like forever now (6 and 12 years?!) and I’m so thrilled to be a part of their magical and wonderful Big Day! Being friends with M&M is great because they’ve inspired me so much over the years to try new things and styles, and to not be afraid of being totally authentic. I’m so thankful for all of the ramen, pizza, and doughnuts we’ve consumed over the years, and all of the time we’ve spent together at just chilling at home, concerts, and SPX! (And also all of the Tsum Tsum!) I can’t wait for the wedding and to see where M&M go together in life!

I try to seek out and surround myself with only things that are cute and/or bring me happiness, which is what brought me close to Megan & Matt! <3 Marriage is a whole new world, and some people are worth melting for. To me, their engagement and wedding proves that fairy tales really do exist in “real life”. Love is a song that never ends. It’s a tale as old as time, a tune as old as song. When you’re side by side with your loved one, you’ll find enchantment there.
