The Wedding Room Block is located at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel.
Located in the heart of the historic district, this hotel is walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The Renaissance boasts impressive views of the Elizabeth River which guests can enjoy on the elegant outdoor terrace. Also of note is Foggy Point Bar & Grill, the restaurant located inside the lobby, serving a selection of fresh-caught seafood and daily specials. The hotel is a mere 10 minutes from the venue, making it the perfect stay for anyone attending the wedding.

Please meet at the portico in front of the hotel 15 minutes prior to departure. We ask that guests arriving on friday night take the 4:00 PM bus to accommodate guests arriving Saturday afternoon.

To help all guests have the best time at the happiest wedding on earth, there will be a complimentary shuttle service offered the day of from the hotel to the venue and back.
Parking at the hotel is $10 per day.

FROM VIRGINIA BEACH
Your journey will take approximately 30 minutes and 23.6 miles and includes a toll. Follow I-264 W toward Norfolk. Follow I-264 to US-17 N/Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth. Take Exit 5. Continue on US-17 N. Turn right onto Willett Dr, then turn left onto Sycamore Rd.
FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA
Your journey will take approximately 3 hours and 194 miles. Take I-95 S to Exit 84A to merge onto I-295 S toward Rocky Mt. NC/Richmond International. Take Exit 28A to merge onto I-64 E towards Norfolk/Virginia Beach. Take Exit 264 to I-664 S towards Downtown Newport News/Chesapeake/Suffolk. Use Exit 9 to merge onto VA-164 E towards Portsmouth. Take the exit to Cedar Lane and keep right at the fork to merge onto Cedar Lane. Turn left onto High Street W, left onto Hartford St, and left onto Sycamore Road.
